Computers are great when they work and a real pain when they do not. Our cash register program told us your credit card transactions were being sent for processing. Problem was they were placed in a “hold” file. We discovered that credit card charges from March and April at our Wyoming store had not been processed. We contacted our vendor and the problem has been resolved. Your data was always secure- it just was not processed.
The credit card processing company finally processed the transactions and used a date of 14 or 15 May instead of the actual date you made your purchase at U-Swirl. Please be assured we did not double charge you. If you did not visit our Wyoming store on 14 or 15 May and you see a charge it is for a purchase you made in April.
We truly apologize for any confusion this situation might cause you when you review your credit card statements.
We want to make amends for any problem we caused you if you were affected by the delayed processing of your credit card. Please bring in your credit card statement and show us the mis-dated transaction and we will provide you with up to 1 pound of our premium yogurt and toppings for free.
